CT scan axial section through abdomen...a well defined marginally enhancing mass is seen in the abdomen adjacent to the rectus muscle.
the lesion shows areas of hypodensities...???? air
possibility of foreign body can not be excluded...
appearance suggestive of a retained sponge/gauze during surgey..gossypiboma
